josh isnt well (sore throat) but at least Im better. Jamie went to school but josh stayed home. hopefully he will bounce back soon the poor dear. He is eating still so thats good and he's drinking lots so thats even better.

practising writing my pitches now.. ugh, just hv to get my head around how best to do it.. waiting for the submission release kit to arrive too. gotta get d to prepare his also. Gosh! Better we try it than not at all! but we hv a lot of pitches to prepare.. exciting and yet nervewracking too!

also watched Jamie Oliver's School dinners documentary, very very interesting... worth watching leh...fascinating stuff...
